Delhi Gets a BRICS Makeover Ahead of Summit

As India hosts the BRICS Summit in the national capital, central Delhi has been given a fresh and colourful makeover. Roads and key areas have been decorated with lights, flowers, landscaped spaces and BRICS-themed signages.

Decorative lighting has been installed at several prominent locations, including Patel Chowk, Windsor Place, Mandi House, Teen Murti, Lok Kalyan Metro Station and the PMO roundabout.

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has also placed LED signages featuring the BRICS Summit logo and installed themed posters on street-light poles along major routes. The decorations are aimed at giving the capital a festive look as leaders and delegates arrive for the summit.
