Security has been significantly tightened in Gurugram after authorities imposed Section 163 outside the BJP office ahead of a Congress-led protest over the alleged Ram Temple donation controversy.

The administration has restricted public gatherings in the area to prevent any law-and-order issues.
The controversy revolves around allegations regarding the handling of donations linked to the Ram Temple Trust.
Opposition leaders have demanded a transparent investigation, while BJP leaders have rejected the allegations, calling them politically motivated. Police have deployed additional personnel and are closely monitoring the situation to ensure peace during the planned demonstrations.
This issue has quickly become one of the most discussed political stories of the day, with the protest and the government’s response drawing widespread attention across the country.
In response to the controversy, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has announced several administrative reforms, including inviting applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to strengthen oversight and improve transparency in the temple’s administration.
