Police on Wednesday took 22-year-old Chetan Chaudhary, co-accused in the Ketan Agarwal murder case, to Pune’s Lohagad Fort to recreate the crime scene as part of the ongoing investigation. Escorted by a heavy police team, Chetan was seen walking up the fort steps while officers conducted the reconstruction to verify the sequence of events surrounding the alleged murder.

The crime scene recreation comes just days after co-accused Siya Goyal, 20, was taken to the same location on June 28. During her reconstruction, investigators used a mannequin to demonstrate how Ketan Agarwal, 25, was allegedly pushed off the fort. Police believe Siya and Chetan acted together in carrying out the murder.
Investigators consider both reconstruction exercises crucial for corroborating evidence, examining witness statements, and strengthening the prosecution’s case. The high-profile murder has drawn widespread attention, with police continuing to gather forensic and circumstantial evidence as the investigation progresses.
